Welcome to Edendale Primary School – A Global Community of Learners
At Edendale Primary School, we are proud to welcome international students into our vibrant and diverse school community. Choosing a school for your child is an important decision, and here your child will be supported to grow in confidence, friendships, and achievement. We celebrate every step as students develop their English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while thriving in all areas of school life.
Our vision is to prepare children (Years 1–6) with the skills they need for the future: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. Learning at Edendale happens in authentic, engaging contexts. From learning through play and inquiry learning to specialist teaching in Music, STEAM and Art, and our renowned Garden to Table programme, we offer a rich, hands-on curriculum. Students are encouraged to Think, Learn, Create in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment with strong links to our local community.
Beyond the classroom, children enjoy opportunities to lead and connect through our school-house system, environmental initiatives, and a wide range of cultural and creative experiences.
Our school is well-resourced with modern facilities, passionate teachers, and a proven record of success. The Education Review Office (ERO) recently recognised our strong teaching and learning programmes in its February 2024 report – you can read it here.
We warmly invite your family to join us at Edendale, where every child is valued and inspired to Think, Learn, Create.
